Lauren and Jack’s brisk, winter wedding in December was one for the books! From start to finish, everything was immaculate, with no detail left unturned. Both the bride and the groom got ready down the road at the Stage House Inn, the sister property to The Red Barn at Outlook Farm, making it the perfect getting ready location. The Inn not only serves as a great spot to unwind and be with your bridal party before the wedding, it’s also a great backdrop for a first look and wedding party photos.

Lauren and Jack met at a bar in Somerville, MA the Friday night before the pandemic happened. They were dancing separately and then started dancing with each other. Fast forward to their wedding reception, these two were on the dance floor the entire night, which seems pretty fitting considering how they met! When asked about their favorite memory of their wedding day, it was hands down reading each other their vows during the first look.

“We got to express our love privately to each other and spend a couple minutes enjoying each other’s company and reflecting.“ Their second favorite memory? “Dancing with the glow lights with all of our guests and looking around to see all 200 people on the dance floor! Best party and day of our lives!”

According to Lauren and Jack, one of the best pieces of advice for anyone getting married, is to step away halfway through and take a few minutes to yourselves; look around at all of your guests and the venue and reflect on how grateful you are for your friends and family!
